Sharing and editing workouts
The custom workouts that you create in CrewNerd can be easily edited or shared with others. From the home screen, press the "view all" button in the workouts section to see your full list of workouts. On that screen, you can press the edit button (pencil icon) to change the order of the workouts or to remove workouts. When you are done making changes to the list, press the "check" button to exit from edit mode.
Editing existing workouts
On iOS, you can edit a workout by dragging left on the workout and pressing the edit button. When you are finished changing the workout, press the "Save" button.
On Android, you can edit a workout by first pressing the edit button on the toolbar. Then, press the edit button on the workout that you want to change. After making your changes, press the "Save" button, and then press the "check" button to exit edit mode.
Exporting workouts
Any workout that you create can be easily shared (exported) to other CrewNerd users. Workouts are shared as FIT workout files which can then be imported by CrewNerd on iPhone or Android.
On iOS, you can share a workout by dragging left on the workout and pressing the share button. This will create a FIT file for the workout and display a sharing tool that allows you to share the file in a variety of ways, depending on the apps you have installed.
On Android, you can export a workout by first pressing the sharing button on the toolbar. Then, press the sharing button next to the workout that you want to share. This will display a standard Android sharing screen that shows you the available tools for sharing the workout file.
Importing workouts
Anyone who receives an exported FIT file can import it into CrewNerd by opening the file. Depending on your phone platform and installed apps, you may need to select CrewNerd as the app that you want to open the file with. CrewNerd will import the workout and add it to the top of your workout list.
